The onsite printing service menu, with the specs attached.

Every station below is a self-contained unit: equipment, operators, and product arrive together and leave together. Specs are listed so your facilities team can approve the plan without a second email.

Live DTF apparel station

The station most work orders start with. Full-color direct-to-film transfers are heat-pressed onto shirts, hoodies, and totes in front of your guests — about 60 to 90 finished pieces per press hour depending on art size and garment changes. Blanks are typically Bella+Canvas 3001 tees or Gildan Softstyle, sourced by us in your size run. Spec: one 20A circuit per press, a 6-to-8-foot table, and roughly 10 × 10 feet including the guest line.

Screen printing demonstration

A manual carousel press and, for larger programs, a conveyor dryer installed inside your venue. It is the most theatrical option we run — people stop to watch ink get pulled — and suits milestone events where the process is part of the show. Spec: two 20A circuits when the dryer travels, protective floor covering included, and a load-in path that fits a 36-inch-wide cart.

Embroidery & monogramming

Commercial embroidery machines stitching initials, names, and logos on caps, polos, beanies, and jackets. Slower per piece than a heat press, so we scope it for curated programs — executive gifts, client suites, or a personalization add-on beside an apparel station. Spec: one standard circuit, a stable table, and low ambient dust.

Hat bar & patch application

A pick-your-own wall of Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps plus a menu of patches; the crew presses each choice in under two minutes. It is the fastest-moving line we operate and the giveaway people actually wear the next week. Spec: one 20A circuit, two 6-foot tables, and space for a browsing line rather than a single-file queue.

Laser engraving

On-site engraving for tumblers, bottle openers, tools, and keepsakes. Quiet, smokeless with our enclosed units, and well suited to conversations-first settings like briefings and hospitality suites. Spec: one standard circuit and a ventilated corner; we bring the fume extraction.

UV DTF stickers & hard goods

Pre-produced UV DTF graphics applied to water bottles, laptops, and phone cases at a compact station. No heat, minimal power, and the smallest footprint on the menu — a strong fit for lobbies with strict facilities rules. Spec: a single table and one duplex outlet.

Combining stations

Most deployments pair one apparel station with one specialty station and share a crew of three to four. If you tell us the headcount and the service window, we will do the throughput math and recommend the combination that clears your line before the window closes — that calculation is part of every quote, not an upsell.
