What do onsite printing services actually include?

Short version: everything that prints, everyone who prints it, and the paperwork that lets it happen at your address.

When ops teams compare vendors, the word "included" does the heaviest lifting in the quote — so here is our inclusion list in plain terms.

On the truck

Presses (heat, screen, or both), embroidery and engraving machines when scoped, conveyor dryer for large screen programs, tables, display racks, floor protection, cords and power strips, and every consumable from transfer film to thread. If it prints, cures, or displays, it arrives with us.

On the roster

Two to four operators per station, one of whom is your named lead for the day with a direct cell number. The crew handles setup, live operation, line management, and teardown. Your team's involvement can be as small as pointing at the loading dock.

In the folder

Certificate of insurance to your spec, load-in plan, power and footprint sheet, crew roster for badge lists, and artwork proofs approved before production. For institutions: W-9, itemized invoices, and PO-friendly terms.

On the shelf

Blank product in an honest size run — Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan Softstyle for apparel, Richardson 112 and Flexfit for caps, plus totes and hard goods by scope. You approve product tier and quantities in the quote; we handle the ordering, counting, and staging.

What stays on your side

Three things only: electrical power (two dedicated 20A circuits per full station), a level footprint of roughly 10 × 10 feet, and access — a dock, elevator, or door plus whatever badge or COI process your site requires. That is the entire list, and every item is confirmed on the site check call before the date.

The same answer, question by question.

What equipment comes with onsite printing services?

A Merch Troop deployment includes heat presses or screen printing equipment, embroidery or engraving machines when scoped, tables, display racks, floor protection, and all consumables. Nothing on the equipment list is your responsibility to source.

Are the operators included?

Yes. Two to four trained operators per station run the equipment, manage the guest line, and handle setup and teardown. Your staff never touches a press.

Is the blank product included?

Yes, in the standard scope. Tees, caps, totes, and other blanks are sourced by Merch Troop in your approved size run. Client-supplied product can be accommodated with advance notice and a count sheet.

What is not included?

Venue power, the physical space, and site access — those come from your building or venue. If power is genuinely unavailable, a generator plan can be added to the quote.
